Data Analysis and Interpretation

Our survey question is if the education level of Indian people aged between 20 to 35 match their current working position in UAE. The survey include ten questions for employees who work in Fly Emirates. Every employee have a different opinion and answer. This survey analysis will show us how many employee are satisfied with their position and how many are not.

The bar chart illustrates if the workers immediately work after high school or not. As we can see, most of the employees and workers didn't work immediately after high school.

The vertical axis represents the degrees employees have. The horizontal axis shows the number of employees. The graph shows, the biggest number of workers and employees who work in Emirates Group have a bachelor degree.

The graph shows, many different working position In Emirates Group and every employee work in different position. The highest working position is Aircraft Technician Professionals in different areas such as Air craft operation, Air craft scheduling controller and Air craft production planning.

Workers claim that they are satisfied in their current working position. 

We can see that overall Employees and workers are satisfied in their working place.

There were nearly 20 of the employees and workers sure that they would be successful in higher position.

To sum up, huge number of employees are not satisfied with their salaries. This brings me to, some of employees are not happy at all about their salaries and it’s not enough for their status.

Many employees don’t have an options and prefer to work at any place even if it doesn't match with their educational level to get some money rather than doing nothing, while other employee’s works to have some experiences and certificates. 

In employee’s opinions, if they had an opportunity to work in any company they would work in other companies such as Etihad Airlines or as Engineer. Also, some of the employees prefer to start their own businesses rather than working for companies. 

Huge number of employees think that if they complete their studies it will help them to improve their status. On the other hand, some of the employees think that if they had a good skills such as communication, planning and well organized it will help them improve their status.  

Collecting Data in the Field

As a group we decide to do a survey for employees who work in emirates group, also we did it to specific workers such as transport job, Aircraft technician professionals, securities and cleaners. We decide to do this survey on Saturday morning because we were free at that day, so we went to the engineering center and we ask them to give as an entry to get in but they refuse because we don’t have our entry permission from them and visitors are not allowed only when there is a meetings with the managers, we didn't have a choice so we called our friend that works in engineering center to give them the survey and answer it. On Monday we got all the surveys answered from workers. It was not easy to do the survey because of the strict rules they have, but we got all the information we needed so easy.
